What is the Opti-Build program?
This SFI program actively and directly helps you and your team members build a powerful and lucrative 5×5 team (5 affiliates on your first generation, 25 on your second generation, 125 on your third, 625 on your fourth, and so on), as outlined in SFI’s Diamond Plan. Opti-Build™ directly harnesses the synergistic energy of real teamwork and funnels this energy in a way that can make your SFI business explode with growth.
The power of Opti-Build starts with Designated Diamonds. As you know, SFI designates all DDs (Designated Diamonds), based on two primary qualifications:
Designated Diamonds or DDs refer to affiliates selected by SFI and invited to work with other affiliates toward the mutual goal of becoming a Diamond Team Leader.
Designated Diamonds are selected by SFI, based on three criteria:
Affiliates have to hold the minimum rank of BTL (Bronze Team Leader).
Affiliates must be opted-in to and participate in the new Opti-Build program. Le
If an affiliate's sponsor has more than five Team Leaders on his/her first level, at the end of the month, the affiliate will need to be in the top five, based on rank (with most VersaPoints for the month used as the tiebreaker, if needed) to be a Designated Diamond for the upcoming month.
Opti-Build enters the picture as a kind of live auto-reassigner of your sign-ups.
Participating in Opti-Build means you’ll be automatically and immediately reassigning a minimum of 50% of your personal sign-ups to those who’ve been designated as DDs on your first level and, hopefully later, to DDs residing on lower generations in your group.
That said, motivated STLs (Silver Team Leader) and higher ranks who are NOT among their sponsor's top five Team Leaders (and, hence, NOT a Designated Diamond) can STILL participate in Opti-Build by opting in each month at their Opti-Build Manager as a non-Designated Diamond.
