A Look At SFI's Rules Of Success Part 1 of 5
This week will take a look at our RULES OF SUCCESS by our wonderful SFI President.
1. Treat your business...like a business!
If you were to buy a business, would you expect it to make money for you if you only worked it a few hours a week? Or if you didn't get trained? Or if you only tried for a few months? Or if you didn't follow the proven program of the company?
I have been amazed at how many people think that money will start to flow in once they start their own business. But, without plans, or without an commitment this is not about to happen.
The fact is, anything worthwhile in our life's requires us to put in effort and commitment. The same can be said with having your own business.
In short, if you work your SFI business as a serious, full-time business, put in the effort and commit to its success, it will become a serious, full-time business.
2. DO something to grow your business every day.
We all need to take daily action if we want our business to succeed. Our SFI business is not any different.
That's why the TAB " TO-DO" is on each one's homepage. Our Daily Actions is one of most important practises of what is necessary to be done a daily bases.
3. Lead by example.
Now that you have started to sponsor affiliates, what should be done? That's simple, you'll want to Lead by Example. Remember that duplication is so very important in our business.
Show them what it takes to succeed here, As per SFI"S rule here: "Whatever you want THEM to do, YOU do, because they are following your lead!"
4. Work with the workers.
Now that your the leader of many affiliates, with who do you want to work with the hardest? I know that we all get a great quantity of affiliates underneath us, but I like the term "It Not The Quantity of the People You Have, It's the Quality of these People That Matters Most"
The saying if we could only clone ourselves, what a team we'd have.
You'll want to work with the affiliates that show the greatest interest for SFI, to help them achieve success. But you also must remember the other's, there just might be one that just need the right motivation to be your next "You"
